To foster sustainable integration practices, CPS organized a 5-day training that focused on non-violent and intercultural communication, exchange of culture, solidarity, as well as fighting justice, stereotypes and discrimination. In this training participants improved their intercultural skills and competences, in order to be facilitators and mediators in possible xenophobic and racist situations.

The workshop was held in the form of strategic planning at the Kozjak farm participants intensively thought to strategically develop their organizations in the future. Members of the two migrant collectives Home of Taste and African Society in Croatia participated in the training and each group was facilitated by an expert facilitator. The methods used included working in groups, strengthening the team, deploying program environments and setting concrete long-term development activities which resulted in development of strategic plans for the members of two migrant collectives.

Final output will be the position paper on integration models which will be developed in collaboration with these collectives by the end of the project.
